PURPOSE: To prevent the throughput of processing of a CPU from lowering due to frame rate calculation processing when a frame rate is found by the CPU itself of an ultrasonic diagnostic system. CONSTITUTION: A frequency division pulse obtained by frequency-dividing a frame start pulse by a frequency dividing circuit 12 is inputted to a time measuring part 10, not directly inputting the frame start pulse. Consequently, since the readout time of the count value of the time measuring part 10 by the CPU is extended, frequency of interruption to the CPU generated by frame rate calculation is reduced, and the CPU finds the frame rate with a low load. The number of frequency division of the frequency dividing circuit 12 is controlled by the CPU so as to be a value suitable for a diagnosis setting condition for diagnosing distance and a display mode, etc. |
