SUBSTANCE: method involves blood sampling (2 ml in a cuvette with 10 U heparin); blood exposure to a laser beam varying in characteristics; taking blood fractions from the cuvette prior to, during and after irradiation; evaluation of elasticity of erythrocytes; and plotting the values of elasticity as dependent on irradiation wavelengths, capacity, dose, exposure time, etc.; and choosing laser radiation parameters for maximum values of elasticity of erythrocytes of a given patient. EFFECT: more accurate method. |
