FIELD: metal protection. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of corrosion inhibitor to sulfuric and hydrocloric acids. Inhibitor contains polyethylene polyamine (42.8-58.8 wt.-%) (I) and product of condensation of amine with aldehyde - furfulidene-p-nitroaniline (11.7-14.3 wt.-%) (II) and, additionally, 4-[bis-[4-dimethylamino)-3-nitrophenyl] -hydroxymethyl]-antipyrine (17.6-28.6 wt. -%) (III) and 7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfoacid (11.7-14.3 wt.-%) (IV). Indicated components were added to acid solutions at the following concentration: (I) 1.5-5.0; (II) 0.5-1.0; (III) 1.0-1.5, and (IV) 0.5-1.0. Inhibitor can be used for metal etching and equipment acid treatment and for protection of steel, titanium and chrome against corrosion and for steel hydrogen absorption decrease. EFFECT: increased protective effect. |
