FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed transport vehicle has hermetically sealed body filled with agent and is provided with circular projections , support frame, pressure reducer secured on frame, compressed agent cylinder, pressure gauge to control agent pressure and hermetic housing protecting inner space of supportless propulsion unit from adverse effect of atmosphere. Reciprocating mechanism mounted under support frame provides forward-backward movement of blade. Reciprocating mechanism has pusher, spring, guide bushing, rod, blade, and elliptical cam. Blade has two eyes with fitted in axle and stop to prevent turning of blade relative to axle at left-hand turn and cable limiting deflection of blade to 85 degrees. Pusher with elliptical cam is installed on axle of circular projections which are made in form of cylindrical rings with conical holes. Hermetically sealed housing is made in form of reservoir for accommodating the agent. proposed vehicle is distinct from known vehicles in that it can move without drive to support and can be used in outer space for turning propulsion unit through 180 degrees relative to its axis.
