FIELD: building materials industry, more articulately manufacture of heat insulating articles. SUBSTANCE: claimed binder for heat insulating articles comprises carbamide resin, ammonium- based sulfite-yeast mash concentrate and hardener (urotropin) and further comprises hydrolytic lignin having dispersity of 25-50 mcm, the ratio of components being as follows (wt%): 60-70 carbamide resin; 15-21 ammonium based sulfite-yeast mash concentrate; 2-5 urotropin; and 10-20 hydrolytic lignin. Such ratio of components most favorably promotes strength and hydrophobic properties. High properties of heat insulating articles manufactured by using the claimed binder make it possible to expand traditional applications thereof. The can be used for manufacturing facing and insulating, members and components as substituent of wood chip boards. Utilization of large- con accompanying, products in hydrolysis and wood-and- pulp industries protection of environment and rational utilization of natural resources. EFFECT: improved properties of the binder. |
