SUBSTANCE: device has outer bulb, discharge tube which is located inside outer bulb and has two main electrodes and igniting electrode, which is located on outer surface of discharge tube. Goal of invention is achieved if following equation is kept true: $$$, where n is number of coils of igniting electrodes of discharge tube; l is distance between main electrodes of discharge tube; d is outer diameter of discharge tube.
