FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: sectional pilework gives continuous framework belt at any layout of pile positioning, also reduces amount of material to be used and ensures optimal utilization of concrete and reinforcement. Pilework is a system made up of two components - hollow truncated pyramid with cut-out in small base for installing upon pile and rigidity rib over large base perimeter, and pilework plate secured on large base of pyramid. Pilework plate is provided with protrusion of circular shape by means of which it is held on large base of pyramid. Thrust forces created at loading of pilework are taken by circular working reinforcement located at upper face of large base of pyramid. EFFECT: highly efficient configuration. |
