FIELD: sleepers of metro rail track. SUBSTANCE: simplified design, mounting, repair and operation of rail track, increased stability, service life and improved economic characteristic are achieved when track upper structure contains sleeper embedded in concrete and when rails are fastened to it by means of cramps. Sleeper is made up of two similar supporting members manufactured of polymeric composite material embedded in concrete at four sides in the form of truncated pyramid with bases like rectangulars with angle between bases of 1-6 deg. Built in body of supporting member below the level of its middle plane is metal cramp of U-shape or rectangular with idents located haphazardly at one or two sides of cramp. Ends of cramps protruding above surface of supporting member have slots for fixing bolts. EFFECT: high efficiency. 5 cl, 2 dwg |
