Gantry 4 for arranging a load-lifting equipment is mounted to frame members of frame 2 by means of additional cantilevers 5. Counterweight 6 consists of frame 7 and mechanism for moving out the counterweight that includes lever 9 and tie 10. One end of the lever is secured to carriage 3. The other end is secured to the frame 7 of the counterweight. Lever 9 is provided with rocker 11. One end of the rocker is connected with gantry 4 via tie 10.
