FIELD: electrochemical working. SUBSTANCE: part to be repaired is worked in electrolyte solution for 6-10 min under voltage 180-340 V, current density ranged from 1500 to 2000 A/sq.dm, and temperature 320-360 K, electrolyte containing ammonium salts of water-soluble organic and inorganic acids. Method may find use when repairing parts of nickel and chromium-nickel alloys and steels in various technical areas. EFFECT: increased output, simplified procedure, reduced electrolyte toxicity. |
