The apparatus comprises an A/D converter and a central processing unit(CPU) and a 7 segment. The 7 segment(D1,D2) displays green, red and orange colors according to ON/OFF of PNP transistors(Q1,Q2) and emits the green, red and orange colors according to the cathode signal of diodes(D3-Dn) by supplying a power to the anode of the diodes(D3-Dn) according to the ON/OFF of PNP transistors(Q5,Q6).
