The device relates to foodstuff production and it could be used to produce food made of unpressed caviar of natural products, to be more exact - for production of imitated red unpressed caviar. The device consists of a frame (1), which is installed into the forming liquid (3) (vegetable oil) cistern (2). Into the upper part of it heaters (4) are mounted. Into its trapeziform bottom part is inserted a serpentine coil of the cooling unit, with annular gap forming the possibility in order to reposition granules which are planted into the forming liquid.On the angle to the cistern (2) is attached a pipe (7), which is a continuation of the liquid forming cistern, and a vessel connected to the pipe. Into the pipe (7) is mounted an actuated operational worm (8). The bottom part of the pipe is equipped with a valve (9) for the disposal of the worked-out oil, but the upper part of the pipe is equipped with a chute (10) for the withdrawal of ready artificial red caviar granules. Under the chute there's a sieve (11) and filling cistern (12), which are positioned in such a way so that the filling cistern is at the same level as the upper part of the forming liquid cistern, and is connected to a hole in the worm. That forms a second pair of communicating vessels, in which the forming liquid (vegetable oil) is at the same level.Above the cistern (2) on four props (14) is put a removable initial blend forming tank (15). The bottom of the tank consists of two plates with openings. The upper plate (16) is stringently attached to the flange (17) of the tank (15) skirting - for example with screws (18). But the bottom plate (19) is attached to the upper plate in such a way, that along its surface, sliding back and forth is possible with the help of a threaded hand wheel. Also, openings with the diameter 2.5-3.5 mm on one plate are distributed in a checkered order relative to the second plate (disposal position). The initial blend forming tank (15) is equipped with a weight limiter of the supplied blend, for example, with a float (21) which is installed at the height h (depending on the square of the plate and diameter of the produced granules) and is connected to the supply tank (23) with a lever (22). It has a heater (24) and filling valve. The bottom plate moves (slides) in the oval guiding openings.<IMAGE> |
