This invention pertains to a turbine converting the energy of wind, gas, steam or water into the energy of a turbine rotor. This invention allows energy loss to be reduced, turbine power to be raised and lowers costs at the same time.The essence of this invention is as follows (fig. 1): the rotor blades are positioned in pairs diametrically opposite to each other; at the optimum distance there is a nozzle opposite each blade that directs the jet at a tangent to the rotation trajectory of its centre of symmetry; through the hollow part of the rotor the jet is delivered to nozzles and then, through a duct, to the blades; during the rotation period of the rotor around its axis, the position of the duct and nozzles against the respective blades remains unchangeable, at the same time, as the jet is directed at the nozzle, the reaction force is transferred to the diametrically opposite blade, thus increasing the torque of the turbine rotor by means of two twin-arm levers connected in sequence.<IMAGE>
