SUBSTANCE: method involves the simultaneous determination of concentration of 2-thiobarbituric-reacting substances in serum blood in dynamics in combination with additional estimation of reserved power of antioxidant system. Method involves the determination of 2-thiobarbituric-active substances, lag-period, induction of malonic aldehyde accumulation in sample during incubation and the level of high density cholesterol lipoproteins. EFFECT: enhanced precision and effectiveness of stenocardia stress prognosis. |
