SUBSTANCE: flux-coredelectrode envelope is made of low-carbon tape and powder charge has the following components at the following ratio: chromium - 13.5-16.0; graphite 0.05-0.09; zirconium dioxide 1.6-2.4; nickel 0.2-0.5; manganese 0.4-0.7; ferromolybdenum 0.3-0.7; ferrosilicon 0.3-0.7; sodium fluosilicate 0.5-0.9; ferrum 4.5-7.0; low-carbon steel of envelope - the rest. Flux-cored electrode fill factor is 24.5-26.5%. EFFECT: provision of high operating properties, prevention of pores and cracks in surfaced metal when carrying out surfacing with preheating up to 200-240 C, higher level of homogeneity of surfaced metal.
