FIELD: power converters. SUBSTANCE: device has rectifier, which anode group is designed in thyristors, and thyristor control unit, which has phase shifting unit and separating diodes. Control electrodes of thyristors are connected to cathodes of separating diodes, which anodes are joined together and are connected to terminal of converter through phase shifting unit. Device may be used as low-voltage heavy- current power supply. EFFECT: simplified design due to decreased number of control channels. |
