FIELD: well drilling, particular, design of blast charges for perforation of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: the offered airtight jet charge for perforation of casing strings of oil and gas wells includes shell 1 made of steel liable to shattering into fine fragments under percussive loads and charge hollow 2. Explosive is located between shell 1 and charge hollow 2. Installed on shell 1 is sealing cover 4 from nonmetallic fragile material, for instance, glass, having the coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of shell material. Cover 4 along the perimeter is sealed to shell with the help of composite material 5 which also seals the charge internal space. EFFECT: increased depth and diameter of hole produced by blast due to higher efficiency of utilization of explosive. |
