FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: composition is based on fibrous filling agents and binder. Binding agent is coagulum substance of butadiene-styrene latex at the following ratio of components, mas. p.: cord fiber waste 62-90; 0.6-1.6; di-(2-benzthiazolyl)-disulfide 0.4-2.4, and coagulum substance of butadiene-styrene latex 9-34. Composition can be used for monolith plate and roofing material making. EFFECT: enhanced quality and properties of composition.
