<p>A method for encapsulating pharmaceutical materials is described. The invention comprises the use of immiscible perhalocarbon cosolvents in the manufacturing process and results in high entrapment (encapsulation efficiencies exceeding 50 %) of aqueous soluble materials in liposomes.</p> |
