Device for recording taking of medication

The device for recording the taking of medication by a patient or elderly person consists of a record card (1) which has marking fields (5,6,7) which are arranged in rows (2,3,4) and which can if required be marked manually. The record card can be made from cardboard, metal foil, paper or plastic. The marking fields can either be filled in by a typewriter, or can be covered with a lacquer (11,12,13) which can be scratched away. In use, the lacquer is removed to show the week day the medication was taken. A field (14,15,16,21) is provided for the patients name and date.
