Curved coupler for measuring light signal from optical fibre

The coupler is used to supply a light signal to and/or from an optical fibre light guide and has a curved element (BD1) for deflecting the optical fibre along a curved coupling path, with a light receiving element (LE1) for detecting the light rays (LS1,..LSn) received from the optical fibre guide at the curvature point. A mirrored optical block (KU) is positioned between the curved optical fibre light guide and the light receiving element, for focusing the light rays received from the optical fibre guide onto the light receiving element.
