COMBINATORIAL NON-PEPTIDE LIBRARIES

摘要

Predetermined combinatorial libraries of non-peptide compounds may be generated using a building block approach, a pseudopeptide approach or a scaffold approach. The resultant non-peptide compounds may feature aminooxy acids or bifunctional units. In addition, a novel scaffold useful for generating combinatorial libraries is described.
