A pulley is attached to a vertical bar or a hook in a door frame. Through it runs a rope with an attachment device for weights on one end and a handle on the other end. One end of a second, approximately two meter long rope can be attached to the handle. Its other end has a handle. This second rope runs through a pulley that is attached to a board that is approximately 50 cm long and 50 cm wide. The board is fixed by the person's body weight during exercising.
