<p>The present finding relates to a spring mattress whose slip is designed to be taken off particularly regarding the upper and lower lengths of cloth. This is carried out by providing cords (1) passing through the thickness of the mattress and to which the peripheral band (2) is secured so that the latter keep their rigidity, which goes lost upon removal the lengths of cloth (4), unchanged. The peripheral band (2) may also be secured by strings directly to the springs of the mattress. Thus a covering is provided which is rigid enough in spite of the possibility of being taken off. The upper and lower parts of such a cover may be taken off for cleaning purposes and replaced with other like parts. <IMAGE></p> |
