PURPOSE:To promote pulverization of single material in the case of mechanically pulverizing the material by previously irradiating this single material with the electromagnetic wave of ultra high frequency and nearly vaporizing water contained in the material. CONSTITUTION:In the case of pulverizing material 12 by utilizing a mechanical pulverizing means 19 (e.g., hammer mill), the electromagnetic wave irradiating means 14, 15 wherein this material 12 is irradiated with the electromagnetic wave of ultra high frequency are provided to nearly vaporize water of the material 12. This material is quantitatively supplied to the irradiation position of the electromagnetic wave by a material supplying means 13 and also the material having been irradiated with electromagnetic wave is led to a mechanical pulverizing means 19 by a means 17. As a result, many pores are formed and thereby this material can be made more finely pulverized. |
