SQUID magnetometer comprising two non-damped Josephson junctions. In the invention, the damping of the SQUID magnetometer is implemented by using an impedance placed either across the junction, transversely in parallel with the junction or in parallel with the inductance connecting the junctions or by using a combination of these. The invention further comprises a method for eliminating LC and microwave resonances from the system. In this method, integrated LRC elements are added to the structure. |
