PURPOSE:To remarkably improve a temperature characteristic of an exponential amplifier output. CONSTITUTION:A transistor(TR) 35 (36) whose emitter and collector have a resistor 7 (8) and a diode 11 (12) is provided and the TRs 35, 36 are connected in a way of a differential amplifier, a signal to be converted is fed to the amplifier and its output is fed to an exponential transformation section. The exponential transformation sections are connected in a form of a differential amplifier and two TRs 40, 41 receiving an output from the differential amplifier and a means controlling an emitter voltage so that a current flowing to a collector of the TR 40 is constant with respect to a change in a base current are provided between bases and a transformation current is obtained from the collector of the other TR 41. |
