PURPOSE: To set a scenario of management environment by converting a trace, inputted by using a device on which the position is pointed out on a display while a standard value is referred to, into numerals, then storing scenario data, and calculating incoming and expenditure including insurance income and insur ance payment of held contracts in respective future periods by using the data. CONSTITUTION: The standard value 100 includes held contact data that a user selects on a scenario setting screen and stored in a standard storage device 112. Further, held contact data are stored in a held contact data storage device 111. The scenario data are stored in a scenario data storage device 113. Then a standard value display part 101 reads in the standard value of a selected item out of the standard value storage device 111 according to scenario items and insured article item to be analyzed such as a depth rate, a lapse cancel rate, a new contract rate, and an investment income rate that the user selects on an income analysis setting condition screen and outputs a scenario data input screen where the standard value is displayed to an income and expenditure analysis setting part 121. |
