PURPOSE: To obtain an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer compsn. excellent in clarity, moldability, cost performance. and strengths in practical use. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. acrylonitrile- styrene copolymer (AS) resin with 0.01-3 pts.wt. inorg. filler (e.g. calcium carbonate or barium sulfate) having an average particle size of 0.001-0.5μm.
