摘要 PURPOSE: To sustain individual battery in well charged state by detecting the charged state of each of a plurality of batteries and charging the battery individually, as required. CONSTITUTION: A pair of charging lines 61A-61D are extended from the terminals of positive and negative electrodes of each battery 2A-2D. The charging lines 61A-61D are connected, respectively, with the independent output terminals of a DC/DC converter 6. The charging lines 61A-61D are provided with charged state detection means, i.e., battery sensors 5A-5D. The battery sensor 5A-5D is connected between each pair of charging lines 61A-61D in order to decide the charged state of each battery 2A-2D by detecting the voltage across each battery 2A-2D. When a battery 2C is charged insufficiently, somewhat discharged batteries 2A, 2C are charged by distributing power, being fed from a rectifier 9 to the DC/DC converter 6, through charging lines 61A, 61C.
