PURPOSE: To provide a laser welding method in which the position of a welding member is directly pressurized so that close contactness is secured between the welding member and a base body at the time of the welding. CONSTITUTION: The laser welding method is such that, in close contact with a base body 3, the welding member 2 is irradiated with a laser beam L and welded to the base body 3. The welding member 2 is pressurized with a pressing member 7 superior in laser transmissivity and heat resistance, and brought into close contact with the base body 3; and the part of the welding member 2 pressurized by the member 7 is irradiated with a laser beam through the pressing member 7. Thus, welding is performed between the welding member 2 and the base body 3. |
