<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly confirm the position of a file by providing a holder retainer connected through a bus with a processor and plural file holders and electrically connecting each file holder when it is placed in the holder retainer. SOLUTION: A bus 30 connects a holder retainer with a processor 20 so that they can communicate with each other. Each holder retainer includes a bus conductor 80 for electrically connecting more than one file holders 70. The bus conductor 80 can be included in the surface of the a file retainer such as a file drawer so that a file retainer position can be formed on it. Then, a data base is held under an operating program for indicating the processor 20, and interface with the data base is executed. Thus, the processor 20 updates the data base, and exact information related with the position of a file holder 70 arranged in a system is maintained.</p> |
