SOLUTION: This semi-permeable polyimide resin membrane is formed of a copolymer having repeated units expressed by formula I [in formula I, each Ar is expressed by formula II, formula III or formula IV, and each X is expressed by formula V or formula VI, each Y is expressed by formula VII or VIII, (m) and (n) have values satisfying a ratio of (m) to (n) of 3:1-1:3, A is about 25-200]. This semi-permeable membrane is formed of the copolyimide resin characterized in that the imide units that form the polymer are connected by at least two different yet specific diamine structures.
