PURPOSE: To easily provide at low cost both efficient culture method and culture system for microbes. CONSTITUTION: An activator, facultative anaerobic bacteria and indigenous bacteria are put into a 1st reaction vessel 1 which is then fed with a stock liquor, and the stock liquor is anaerobically reacted under a small amount of aeration to effect primary activation. A second batch of the activator is put into a 2nd reaction vessel 2 which is then fed with the primarily activated stock liquor to make an anaerobic reaction of the stock liquor under a small amount of aeration to effect secondary activation. A third batch of the activator is put into a 3rd reaction vessel 3 which is then fed with the secondarily activated stock liquor to make an anaerobic reaction of the stock liquor under a small amount of aeration to effect tertiary activation. |
