摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent both nursery plants from causing joining slippage and make the joining of a stock to a scion accurate by fixedly locating and holding hypocotyls of a stock nursery plant and a scion nursery plant to be joined. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for joining for a grafted nursery plant is capable of conveying a stock nursery plant fed with a stock nursery plant feeder and a scion nursery plant fed with a scion nursery plant feeder to cutting positions for respective cutters with conveyors for the respective nursery plants, further conveying the respective cut stock and scion nursery plants to a joining position of a clip joining device with respective conveyors and joining both the nursery plants. A hypocotyl joining and holding means 43 for engaging the hypocotyls of the stock and scion nursery plants to be joined and fixedly locating and holding the hypocotyls at a clip joining site of a clip joining device 10.
