PURPOSE: To materialize thinning, downsizing, weight reduction, and cost reduction of a drum driver, namely, a game machine, without using a motor being completed as a unit by itself, as a drive source for driving belts or drums, on which patterns for game are drawn and which are juxtaposed in plural rows. CONSTITUTION: This driver adopts such constitution that a driving drum 4 is supported rotatably by a base board 8 and the driving drum 4 is provided with a magnet 12 in the shape of a thin-plate ring, and further a thin pattern coil 15 is arranged in opposition to the magnet 12 on this base board 8. A magnetic pole is made by applying a current to this pattern coil 15, and the driving drum 4 is rotated. By constituting the device this way, necessity to use a motor being a completed unit covered with a casing as a drive source vanishes, and the drive source is thinned and downsized. |
