PURPOSE: To rightly decide the presence or absence of interference between the same channel without interrupting communication in even mobile communication in which the packet multiplex is performed by random access on the channel performing dynamic channel assignment. CONSTITUTION: In the radio zone 2-3 within a service area, a frequency Fk is used as a communication channel. Within each radio zone, packet multiplexes are performed for plural radio terminal stations 2-5 by the same frequency. Because a packet 3-3 which is successful in a reception, a packet 3-4 which becomes erroneous due to collision and an interference signal 3-5, etc., exist as the signals that a radio control station receives by the communication channel 3-2 of the frequency Fk, an exactly received time rate (a) and an erroneously received time rate (b) are measured. In the radio control station, a judgment reference value is defined as 1 from the theory value for (a+b). When (a) is largner than a breaking reference value 1, the absence of interference is judged. When (a) is smaller than the value, the presence of interference is judged. Thus, the decision of the presence or absence of the interference between the same channel is rightly detected. |
