PURPOSE: To provide a pan for an electromagnetic cooking device with high heat transfer efficiency in spite of constituting most of the pan with cast aluminum. CONSTITUTION: A double layer material 4 formed by integrally joining an aluminum plate 4A on the upper surface side and a stainless steel plate 4B on the lower surface side and having a knife edge-shaped outer circumferential part 5 inclined inward from the upper surface side to the lower surface side in the outer circumference is arranged in the bottom part 3 of a pan main body 2 made of cast aluminum. The knife edge-shaped part of the double layer material 4 is interposed between the edge parts 2A on the bottom side of the cast aluminum pan main body 2, and the outer circumference of the aluminum plate 4A of the double layer material 4 and the edge part 2A on the bottom side of the pan main body 2 are welded. The outer circumferential inclined surface of the stainless steel plate 4B is stuck to the edge part 2A on the bottom side of the pan main body 2 to integrally fit the double layer material 4B to the pan main body 2, and the bottom part 3 of the pan is formed with the double layer material 4 to form a pan 1 for an electromagnetic cooking device. |
