PURPOSE: To obtain a composite laminate for a damping material good in durable adhesiveness and excellent in damping capacity within a high temp. region by laminating a resin compsn. of a specific phase obtained by compounding low crystalline polyolefin and non-crystalline polyester in a specific wt. ratio to a metal layer. CONSTITUTION: A resin compsn. constituted of low crystalline polyolefin (A) modified with unsaturated carboxylic acid, non-crystalline polyester (B), a silane coupling agent (C) and an inorg. filler (D) and characterized by that (A) is 30-60wt.%, (B) is 40-70wt.%, (C) is 0.05-4 pts.wt. and (D) is 0.5-4 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the sum total amt. of (A) + (B) and (A) is a matrix phase and (B) is a domain phase is laminated to a metal layer. By this constitution, a composite laminate for a damping material excellent in the initial advesiveness or durable adhesiveness with a metal, water-resistance adhesiveness and damping capacity can be obtained. |
