摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of air bubbles into a UV curing resin at the time of information transfer onto a transparent substrate and to make mass production in a 2P molding method by applying the UV curing resin onto the transparent substrate or stamper in an atmosphere of a dynamic viscosity of a specific value or below. CONSTITUTION: The 2P molding method is executed by first applying the UV curing resin 4 from a UV curing resin applicator 3 atop the stamper 2 on a jig 1 (stage 1), placing the transparent substrate 5 thereon and sticking the stamper 2 and the transparent substrate 5 to each other across the UV curing resin 4 (stage 2). Further, glass 6 for pressurization is placed on the transparent substrate 5 and the stamper 2 and the transparent substrate 5 are brought into tight contact with each other and are then irradiated with UV rays from the glass side for pressurization by a UV lamp 7, by which the UV curing resin in cured (stage 4). The stage is then progressed to the ensuing stage 5. The process for production is capable of preventing the occurrence of the defects by the air bubbles in the UV curing resin by executing the two stages; the stages 1 and 2, in the atmosphere of the dynamic viscosity of <=8×10<-6> m<2> /s.
