PURPOSE: To perform a faithful recording with respect to actual recording data by shifting the irradiating direction of the internal reflected light of an f9 lens away from a recording surface. CONSTITUTION: Fθlenses of not less than one having lens parts 8a, 9a defined to widths satisfying an effective area and ribs 8c, 9c integrally formed at both sides of lens parts 8a, 9a are arranged in between a rotary reflection mirror 7 and a recording surface 10 and the internal reflected light of the fθlens 8 is shifted away from a scanning surface by inclined planes 81 and deflected to the part other than the recording surface 10 by froming at least the inclined planes 8f inclined by a prescribed angle with respect to the vertical line orthogonal to the scanning direction of beam lights 2 at the inside surface of the ribs 8c arranged most proximately with respect to the both outsides of the effective scanning area.
