PURPOSE: To obtain a voice recording and reproducing card and a mailing medium using the card capable of effectively preventing the erroneous erasing of a message recorded by a sender by himself before reproducing the message by a recipient by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: The voice recording and reproducing card comprises memory means for storing a voice signal input from a recording microphone 4 during ON operation of a recording switch 1. A reproducing switch 2 for reproducing the voice stored in the means is provided. A controller 3 controls the recording, storing and reproducing on the basis of the signals of the switches, and inhibits the input of the voice signal to the means based on the operation of the switch 1 in the state that the function of the switch 2 remains when the switches 1 and 2 are simultaneously closed. Further, a mailing medium is provided which can charge the card and maile and easily operate the switches. |
