<p>PURPOSE: To enable the generation of homogeneous and fine foam and increase heat-retaining properties by kneading cement with a bamboo extract extracted with a specifically activated mineral water. CONSTITUTION: Raw material water stored in a tank 4 is pressurized with a pressure pump 1 up to 5-30 atmospheric pressure, then sent through pipes 1a, 1b to a plurality of packed columns 2 connected respectively with V-shaped connectors 6 to bring the water into contact with an inorganic substance 8 mainly comprising granular basalt. Then, the treated water is sent to an aerator 5 through a water-filling pipe 9 to be recirculated to the tank 4 whereby an activated mineral water is prepared. Bamboo is extracted with the activated mineral water and the extract is kneaded with cement and, when necessary, further with aggregates.</p> |
