PURPOSE: To secure a stable strength in an injection molding forming a hollow inside by injecting a fluid. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin molding is provided partly with a thick part 6, a thin part 7, and a non-foaming structure 8 having a hollow part 10 with an arbitrary shape defined by the injection of a fluid into the thick part 6 during molding and further, a foaming structure 9 constituted of a plurality of foaming beads 9 fused together and charged therewith in a hollow part. The non-foaming resin is formed by the injection molding of a fluid is injected into the molding 5 to define the hollow part 10, in the first process. And after the first process, a plurality of foaming beads 9 are charged into the hollow part 10 of the molding 5 and heated to mutually fuse then together, in the second process. |
