PURPOSE: To automatically or manually set various pieces of program searching information by providing a recording means, a program searching position input means, and a program searching setting means. CONSTITUTION: In a program searching set by the operation of a user, a discussion 1-a represents that the contents of discussions A-C are recorded, a conference 1-b represents the recording in a conference, and a recording 1-c represents that the recording was continuously performed. When a recording is started, in the program searching set by the operation of the user, and a program searching set key is inputted, the program searching set information is inserted to the corresponding positions (1), (2). The program searching set information is inserted to the recording information every time when the program searching set key is pushed. At reproduction, on the other hand, the program searching reproduction is performed on the basis of the program searching set information. Since the voice can be recorded with the program searching set information being inserted by such an input, the program searching reproduction can be performed in a desired position at reproduction by retrieving the program searching set information. |
