PURPOSE: To provide a wiring board in which the outer lead terminal can be secured rigidly to a wiring conductor without causing breakage and electronic devices being driven at high rate, e.g. a semiconductor device, a capacitor and a resistor, can be mounted and connected rigidly. CONSTITUTION: A wiring conductor 2 of copper is provided on the surface of an insulating basic body 1 composed of a sintered ceramic and/or in the insulating basic body 1 of a wiring board A wherein an outer lead terminal 5 is bonded to the wiring conductor 2 by ultrasonic bonding. |
