PURPOSE: To efficiently remove odorous components including ammonia which are contained in the atmosphere or exhaust gas from various factories etc. CONSTITUTION: In this deodorization method for removing odorous components including ammonia in which an ozonizer is placed on the upstream side, and a deodorization catalyst and a denitration catalyst are placed on the downstream side, the deodorization catalyst is carried on a carrier which can be heated by the passage of the electric current, and the surface of the carrier is heated at 100-400 deg.C, preferably 150-350 deg.C. |
