PURPOSE: To provide a wall panel which bears a force acting in the vertical direction of a building even when receiving therein an indoor machine of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A structural wall comprises an outer frame member 11 formed into a rectangular frame by means of longitudinal frames 12 and lateral frames 13, face materials secured to the outer frame member 11 in a manner to interpose the same therebetween, lateral core materials 14, 14, 14 which bridge the longitudinal frames 12 to be fixed at both ends thereof to the longitudinal frames 12, and an interior section 18 capable of receiving therein an indoor machine of an air conditioner which includes a heat exchanger, intake device and an outlet device. The interior section 18 is formed to define a space which is enclosed by two longitudinal reinforcements 21, 21 secured along the two longitudinal frames 12 and two lateral reinforcements 22, 22 secured along the two adjacent, lateral core materials 14, 14 to face each other. |
