<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for the transmission of remote information capable of performing remote monitoring of monitored and measured information from monitoring points by using communication channels smaller than the number of monitoring points. CONSTITUTION: In-frame compression is performed at a rate of one frame per ten seconds in a stationary state, and a compression video signal is accumulated. The transmission of an accumulated compression video signal is performed by opening the channel for 180 seconds per unit transmission and by the frame transmission of 150 frames. The information transmission of one unit of one monitoring point is performed once for 25 minutes and by securing the communication channel for three minutes, and by transmitting one unit compression video information set in the stationary state from another monitoring point for remaining 22 minutes by using the same channel. In an unsteady state, a video in real time and voice compression information are transmitted by selecting the channel different from that in the stationary state. In this way, the method and the device for the transmission of the remote information capable of performing the remote monitoring of the monitored and measured information by using the communication channels smaller than the number of monitoring points.</p> |
