<p>PURPOSE: To provide an intake air device of an engine whose manufacture and installation are easy and which is made compact. CONSTITUTION: A dusty side case 11 of an air cleaner 10, an upper side wall surface 21 of an intake manifold 20 and a lower case 31 of a surge tank 30 are integrally molded by resin as a housing 1. A delivery pipe 51 is integrally molded in the dusty side case 11 of the housing 1. Since the upper side wall surface 21 is used in common with a bottom surface of the dusty side case 11 and a bottom surface of the lower case 31, a material and a space can be saved. Since the intake manifold 20 is formed in a tube shape by welding a lower side wall surface 22 separate from this upper side wall surface 21 to the upper side wall surface 21 being a part of the housing 1, the intake manifold 20 can be formed by general purpose injection molding.</p> |
